Hot Pepper Eating Contest
Rules
The Contest is going to happen on September 13th 2025 at noon. It's a 20$ entry fee. There will be cash prizes as well as a lot of other prizes donated from other vendors at the Sudbury Market.
Rules are:
8 peppers in the line up with a 9th pepper as a Tie breaker.
A pepper will be placed in front of each person. A buzzer will sound and they will have 30 seconds to chew and swallow the pepper showing that your mouth is empty.
We will allow another 30 seconds for tap out before another pepper is placed in front.
No food or drink allowed between peppers. After a person has tapped out there will be an array of milk bread etc to help cleanse the pallet.This process will be repeated until there is only 1 survivor left.
There will be cash prizes as well as other items donated by the vendors at the Sudbury Market. The more people who register and compete the higher the cash prizes.
There will be other contests at the Sudbury Market that day as it is the Harvest Festival.
